1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products, such as custom astrological charts.
- Used or damaged items, unless the damage is due to AstroYou’s error.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method upon approval of the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was due to AstroYou.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps:

- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your return.
2. Receive Authorization
- Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for the return.
3. Prepare Your Return
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Clearly label the package with the RMA number.
4. Ship the Return
- Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to AstroYou’s error.
5. Inspection and Resolution
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return policy conditions.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.
