As a Local Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the AstroYou app launch by engaging with local astrology enthusiasts, influencers, and media while ensuring a smooth virtual and in-person celebration.
Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Help organize a local event gathering or virtual viewing experience in your city, ensuring a seamless and engaging atmosphere.
- Community Outreach: Connect with astrology lovers, spiritual seekers, and relevant social groups to promote the event and encourage participation.
- Influencer & Media Engagement: Reach out to astrology and lifestyle influencers, as well as local media, to generate buzz and increase visibility.
- Live Event Support: Assist with live-streaming efforts, manage on-site attendees (if applicable), and ensure a vibrant and interactive experience for guests.
- Merchandise & Gift Distribution: Distribute AstroYou-themed merchandise, promotional materials, and exclusive offers to attendees.
- Post-Event Reporting: Provide feedback, photos, and insights on attendee engagement to help shape future AstroYou events.
