Community Guidelines

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Effective: November 3, 2026

AstroYou Space, discussions, course Q&A, and reviews exist so people can share charts and insights with people they trust. There are no public feeds, no likes, and no algorithm. These guidelines keep it that way. They form part of our Terms of Use.

What we expect

Be kind. Astrology is personal. Someone's chart is not an excuse to judge them. Disagree with ideas, not people.

Share your own chart, not someone else's. Post birth details, charts, or compatibility results only for yourself, or for someone who has agreed. A friend's birth time is their private information. In Space, share with the people you have connected with, and assume they will see everything in that circle.

Be yourself. Use your real identity or a consistent display name. Do not pretend to be another person, an astrologer you are not, or AstroYou staff.

Keep it legal and safe. No threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, or content that targets someone because of who they are. No encouraging self-harm, violence, or illegal acts.

No selling, unless you are an approved Provider. Do not advertise, recruit, or link people off AstroYou to sell them readings, products, or services. Providers may offer their listed services through their AstroYou profile and nowhere else in the community.

Do not use astrology to manipulate. Claims like "your chart says you have to" or "the stars say you will" aimed at pressuring, scaring, or defrauding someone are not allowed. Astrology here is for reflection, not control.

Respect the space. No spam, repeated posting, scraping, or anything that interferes with how the app works.

Reviews

Reviews of Providers must be about a session or course you actually took. Be honest and specific. We remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or written in exchange for anything.

What happens when a rule is broken

Most problems are a first-time mistake, and we treat them that way.

  • 1. A note. We remove the content and tell you why.
  • 2. A pause. Repeated or serious problems mean losing access to Space, discussions, or reviews for a period we set.
  • 3. Removal. Harassment, impersonation, sharing someone's private data without permission, fraud, or anything illegal can mean a closed account on the first offense, with no refund of unused membership time.

Providers who break these rules may also lose their Provider status under the Provider Terms.

We decide what breaks these rules. We do not review every post before it appears, so if you see something, tell us.

How to report

In the app: tap the three dots on any post, profile, or review and choose Report. We look at every report and reply within a few days when we need more from you. You will not be told what action we took against another user, but the content will be gone if it broke a rule.

By email: support@astroyou.com with a screenshot and the display name involved.

Removing a connection

In Space you can remove anyone from your circle at any time in Settings. They lose access to what you share from then on. We cannot take back what they already saw or saved, so share with people you trust.
